In April 2011, we switched to a high profile Hervey Bay real estate agency as we had had no luck selling the property. This agency had our property on their books for more than 10 weeks. During this time, they never contacted us to let us know how the sales campaign was going. Any communication was instigated by us. You worked your database to try and generate interest in the property and you followed up all enquiries, many of which were generated by the internet advertising you organised.
