Ray White Hervey Bay has one of the largest property management portfolios in Central Queensland with over 600 residential, commercial and holiday properties under management for investors and owners from all over Australia and overseas.
Our Property Management staff continually upgrade their skills and knowledge via Property Management courses run by the REIQ. We also attend The Ray White Property Management Division meetings and courses which enable us to be up to date with current legislation, rules and policies as well as regular in-house training and seminars.
Our Property Management section has also taken out awards for Top Property Management Office in the Central Coast region and our staff are totally committed to providing the very best service to both our owners and tenants.

Rachel Stephenson
Rachel Stephenson is our Senior Property Manager and is also a Justice of The Peace. With over 17 years experience within the Property management field she has created and maintained the Rental department and is the sole team leader. Rachel's wealth of knowledge is our benefit and she is more than happy to discuss any Property Management matters that you may have.
