Just a note to thank you for your efforts in securing the successful sale of our property at 11 Moonbi St Scarness. As you know, we first placed the property on the market in December 2010. In April 2011, we switched to a high profile Hervey Bay real estate agency as we had had no luck selling the property. This agency had our property on their books for more than 10 weeks. During this time, they never contacted us to let us know how the sales campaign was going. Any communication was instigated by us. We had no one inspect the property in the entire time it was listed with this agency.
